Refund & Cancellation Policies

SERVICES / BOOKINGS  |  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for individual appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost. This policy helps us honor the time of our practitioners and allows others to take advantage of available openings. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate you with 24 hours' notice for appointments. You can reschedule online, by phone, or in person. Rescheduling within the required time frame avoids any cancellation penalties and ensures we can best serve all of our clients.

  • Single Sessions: Payments for single sessions are non-refundable but may be credited toward rescheduling within the same calendar month.

  • Packages: Pre-paid package sessions are non-refundable once purchased. However, unused sessions may be transferred to another eligible client with management approval.

  • Memberships: Membership payments are non-refundable. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to prevent further charges.

 

WORKSHOPS, PROGRAMS, OR EVENTS  |  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits for workshops, special programs, or events are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward future services.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS  |  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

  • Clearance or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES  |  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All membership & packages payments are non-refundable.

  • Memberships are set to renew automatically.

  • Packages are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically. Packages are non-refundable once purchased. However, unused sessions may be transferred to another eligible client with management approval.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, and once canceled, it will not renew for the following billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid additional charges.
