BOOKING POLICY TERMS To reserve your appointment, we kindly ask that you book in advance through our website, or by calling the front desk. A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but advance booking is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred time and practitioner. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for individual appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost. This policy helps us honor the time of our practitioners and allows others to take advantage of available openings. RESCHEDULING POLICY If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate you with 24 hours' notice for appointments. You can reschedule online, by phone, or in person. Rescheduling within the required time frame avoids any cancellation penalties and ensures we can best serve all of our clients.
